Sober Curious? A six-week group for adult women interested in exploring their relationship with alcohol

Some things we’ll look at together include:

  • Why we drink

  • What alcohol does to our body and mind

  • Why we might want to drink less or not at all

  • What it means if we don’t drink

  • Relationships and alcohol

Sober curiosity has gained popularity in recent years, but is still not the norm. Join like-minded people in exploring what they would like their relationship with alcohol to look like.

The goal of our time together is not to convince you to stop drinking, but to make active choices based on your values. This could mean abstaining altogether, but it could also mean drinking less or with more intention. There is no single “right” way.

“Reflection requires an attunement to the self that is supportive and kind, not a judgmental stance of interrogation and derogation. Reflection is a compassionate state of mind.”
